A day full of exercises that will bring you into awareness of the Love that is around you and in you… many techniques given.

At the end of the workshop we will have Joyful Expression in Song and Dance … coming away feeling free and Alive .. full of LOVE

Day 2. Receiving the tools of transformation and the Divine

Now that you know the FEELING of Love … how to continue in the NOW growing in that Love. Learn techniques in Releasing what does not serve you, with love. Be the detached observer and Love everything and everyone. Learn how to receive your own guidance with personal assistance that is ALWAYS THERE.

Learning how to Love no matter what and Why. Learning the importance of making conscious choices, also seeing how choices of our past has created where we are today seeing the importance of taking responsibility for choices… recognizing we are no longer victoms… being the true creator of our life …

Learning the power of forgiveness. Many exercises will be given to help one feel and see how important this is. Exercises in letting go and the importance of it.

Making choices conscious choice in awareness… transformation effortlessly in Love

Again at the end we will Rejoice in song and movement…this time through conscious movement towards healing and renewing.
